User Research

Gathering qualitative and quantitative data to understand user behaviors, their needs, desires and frustrations. Ensuring that human-centered principles are kept in focus.

Interaction Design

Planning and testing possible solutions that aim to solve business and user needs. Validating and improving solutions in various forms of user testing.

Visual Design

Creating and maintaining a visual design language for the product which communicates core brand values and is consistent among multiple touchpoints.
